OsteoAI ("the Service") is an AI-powered educational clinical reasoning support tool designed for qualified osteopathic practitioners, manual therapists, and students.
By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you confirm that:
OsteoAI is an AI-powered educational and clinical reasoning support tool. It is designed to assist qualified practitioners in thinking through clinical presentations, generating differential diagnoses, and exploring osteopathic reasoning frameworks.
All clinical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment planning, and referral decisions — remain the sole responsibility of the qualified practitioner using the Service.
OsteoAI is powered by artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Anthropic language models). Responses are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Users must always apply independent professional verification to any output.
OsteoAI is not designed for direct patient use. It must only be used by qualified practitioners and students as a reasoning support tool.
The Service is intended for: qualified osteopathic practitioners, qualified manual therapists and physiotherapists, students enrolled in accredited programmes, and clinic owners accessing the Service on behalf of eligible practitioners.
You must not use OsteoAI to:
You must not enter patient-identifiable information into OsteoAI. All clinical cases entered must be fully anonymised. You are responsible for ensuring that any case description cannot be used to identify a specific patient.
Your conversations are stored in your account on EU Supabase servers. You can delete individual conversations from the chat interface or delete all data by deleting your account via Settings → Privacy & Data.

Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
EU consumer law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. For first-time Pro or Clinic subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@osteoai.app. If you have made more than 10 queries, you expressly acknowledge that performance of the service has begun and the right of withdrawal may be lost under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Business users and institutions are not subject to consumer withdrawal rights.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect. Beta pricing is locked for the life of a continuous subscription.
The OsteoAI platform, including its design, software, knowledge base content, and reasoning frameworks, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property law.
You retain ownership of the clinical case descriptions you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs for the purpose of generating responses, subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy or fitness for a particular clinical purpose of any AI-generated response, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and suitability for any specific clinical situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish and EU law:
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OsteoAI Oy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your clinical decisions taken in reliance on Service outputs, or your entry of patient-identifiable data in violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, enter patient-identifiable information, use the Service outside its intended scope, or if your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Helsinki. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this clause does not limit any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
