It is not CE-marked under EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745 and has not been submitted for regulatory review in any jurisdiction. It must not be represented as a medical device to patients or third parties.
OsteoAI is designed for education and professional development in clinical reasoning — similar to a textbook, a teaching case collection, or a peer case discussion. It is not a clinical decision-making system and must not be used to decide the diagnosis or treatment of an individual patient.
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. OsteoAI does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or guarantee clinical outcomes. Every response must be independently evaluated by the qualified practitioner using it.
OsteoAI is intended exclusively for use by qualified osteopathic practitioners, manual therapists, physiotherapists, and students enrolled in accredited programmes. It is not intended for use by patients, members of the public, or unqualified individuals.
You must not enter patient-identifiable information into OsteoAI. Removing names does not make a real case anonymous — age, occupation, history and findings together can identify a person. OsteoAI is not designed, tested, or approved for processing personal health data of identifiable individuals.
Do not enter cases taken from patient records held by a clinic, employer, hospital or educational institution unless that organisation has authorised you to use them with external tools. Those records are the responsibility of the organisation that holds them, not of OsteoAI, and removing names does not change this. Students should use practice or invented cases unless their institution has approved usage of anonymised cases otherwise.
The practitioner using OsteoAI retains full professional and legal responsibility for all clinical decisions. Any clinical action taken on the basis of an OsteoAI output is the sole responsibility of the practitioner. OsteoAI does not replace your professional training, clinical experience, or regulatory obligations.
OsteoAI accepts no liability for clinical decisions made on the basis of outputs from this Service.
